Together at Peace is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to bringing comfort, connection, and hope to those experiencing grief and loss. We believe the love we share with those we have lost continues to shine, and we are here to help people honor that love and find support on their healing journey.
Through comfort kits provided at no cost, community support, resources, and partnerships with hospitals, hospice centers, and other organizations, we help create meaningful moments of healing and connection after loss. Together, we are spreading hope, supporting bereavement care, and ensuring that no one has to navigate grief alone.
