Together at Peace is a foundation with a mission to spread and support hopeful bereavement care for the world- We are here to inspire you to find ways to live with, honor, and share the unique love we carry after our loved ones pass away.
By delivering Together at Peace comfort kits, raising funds for hospitals, hospice centers and other organizations, we support bereavement care programs they have in place, and inspire new initiatives. Together at Peace hopes to raise financial funds to create comfort and connection after loss, helping heal hearts by spreading the light that still shines bright and doing good in their honor.
